Global Impact & INGOs
A Confidential Peer Circle Operating Anywhere in the World
Facilitated Action Learning Sets designed for international staff, field leads, and INGO networks to tackle complex challenges, prevent burnout, and foster peer connection.
Global support circles
Working in international settings brings about a unique set of challenges, including:
Isolation & Field Fatigue
International workers, country leads, and field staff can feel like they operate in silos. Without a structured space to process real-time challenges, isolated decision-making can lead to burnout and high staff turnover.
Cross-Cultural & Strategy Friction
Bridging global strategy with local, ground-level delivery can bring out differences in organisational culture, communication styles, and regional dynamics.
Passive Webinars vs. Real Accountability
Off-the-shelf management webinars rarely solve live field dilemmas. Global teams don't need more advice; they need a confidential peer circle to interrogate complex problems and drive self-directed action.
Virtual Action Learning Sessions
Using an accredited ILM framework, my virtual Action Learning sets gather 6 to 8 international practitioners for regular, live remote sessions.
Participants bring real, unresolved work challenges to the group. Using structured open questioning, we uncover fresh perspectives, test assumptions, and commit to immediate action steps before the next session.
Cohorts can operate as pure peer circles or be tailored with themed mini-learning modules (e.g., cross-cultural leadership, resilience, or systems-thinking) to align with your organisation's goals.
What to expect
A structured framework:
Bring a Challenge: You present a real issue or goal you are currently facing.
Insightful Questioning: The group asks open, constructive questions to help you explore new angles and ideas, uncovering root causes and new solutions.
Commit to Action: You develop concrete steps to take forward.
Accountability & Reflection: You report back at the next session on what worked, what didn’t, and what you learned.
